This album brings back so many memories! My buddy Meatballs turned me onto it all the way back in 1995 and the first time I heard it, I was hooked and I am still a huge 311 fan to this day!

To me, this album is 311’s greatest - but I am not one of those fans who think that Grassroots, Music and the Blue Album are the only 311 albums that matter. No, I honestly love every 311 album, but for different reasons - the band keeps reinventing themselves and turning out albums that have the same 311 sound with a completely different feel!

Anyway, this album has the quintessential 311 sound: hard rock, soulful reggae, amazing hip-hop rhymes and funky beats! Each track is meaningful and I can’t keep from shaking my money-maker anytime I hear any of the tracks!

The problem is that 311 is very hard to classify and, there for, review. I guess you could lump them into the generic Rock category, but that wouldn’t do them justice. I really wish I could capture the 311 sound on paper so I can share them with you all! If you have a friend you owns this album, borrow it and jam to it for a week - you’ll become an instant fan!
