The link takes you to NBC’s site (I visited after 9 so I don’t know if it was different before). I signed up and was instantly sent an “IM” - it’s a Flash based site, and the IM was in the Flash movie.
The first message was:

I didn’t get a chance to answer it because I was taking the screen cap!
A few minutes later, it automatically showed the results:

Then it automatically changed again, apparently someone was trying to contact her:

Damn! The messages were encrypted!

There is a problem!

She wants us to go back to the site:

She needs our help!

The page kept reloading with more stuff, but nothing that I found too interesting!
I do like it when they start to blur the line a little bit and have real websites to interact with. Although if you want to see insane viral marketing check out what Trent Reznor is doing with websites to promote the new NIN album,
