I subscribe to John’s RSS feed and wanted to leave a comment on one of his articles. After visiting his site, I see that it has been hacked by Ä°SKORPÄ°TX, who claims to be a Turkish Hacker. I noticed that his daughter’s site, Sally Chow.com, has been hacked as well.
I hope he has backups of his server!!
According to Security Pro News.com, Ä°SKORPÄ°TX has hacked an estimated 117,000 websites (as of May 19th, 2006). A Google search for Ä°SKORPÄ°TX returns 119,000 hits! I’m sure he has pissed off a ton of people, but has accomplished what all hackers seem to desire: Fame and notoriety . . .

The sites have little security because they’re low-budget sites and shouldn’t need to worry about getting hacked.
