For some reason, I have an affinity for silly Hindi music: I recently posted a long time favorite music video for Tunak Tunak Tun and of course, there’s You Kicked My Dog. Now, here’s another one: The Indian version of Thriller.

Thriller was parodied by Indian actor Chiranjeevi (aka Chiru) in the 1985 Telegu movie Donga. The video has taken the viral video set by storm and has more recently become an internet phenomenon1.

I’m not really into the music, but I do enjoy watching some of the movies. We have an Indian channel here in Singapore, and Sunday is movie day. There’s always a part where the actors will sing and dance.

that was weird. i liked and disliked it.
I think that guy has a tick with that shoulder action. Back to business now…these movies are a distraction.
And then there are Mithun Charavorty’s and Rajnikant’s! I am sure you must have heard about them too - if not Google them around!
It was wierd but ok kinds.. reminds me of my fellow brother and sister who like such stuff
