OK, I don’t want to brag but it seems that a lot of you are so supportive of me that I just had to share this: Two days ago, I posted that my Technorati rank is 40,530. I just checked and it’s 26,537!!! I posted an article four days ago titled Goals For March, where I stated that I wanted to break the 35,000 mark by March 31 - I guess I can scratch that off the list!!! 
I really need to install Doug Karr’s Technorati Rank WordPress Plugin - the problem is that my host has me running PHP 4.4.4 and the plugin needs PHP 5 to run! I’ll have to ask them to upgrade my site!
I really have to thank both John Chow for all of the great link backs in this Top Commentator list and Mr. Gary Lee for starting the I have my Name in my Domain! Do You? list and putting me on it!!
I also wanted to thank all of my regular Technorati rank watchers for keeping my updated:

Get ready to break through the next barrier - 20k ! I don’t expect it to be longer before the week ends, though.
I think you’re going to have to put some real effort into finding a revised goal for March. The trick here is that as you get into the lower numbers there’s probably going to be some slowdown but you’ve gained a lot of momentum so who knows where you’ll end up.

Congrats for your skyrocketed rank. I have also crossed down to 171K because of this evil connection. 
However, why I keep getting the error message on your front page telling me that “A script on this page is causing IE to run slowly….” Is that my IE6 problem again? I’m typing this using FF and I forgot if I got the same message or not. Got to go!
I am wondering if it’s this theme…. maybe I should remove some of the stuff on my sidebars?

Congrats on blasting right through your goal! It does seem that most of us are benefiting from participating on each other’s sites and building a little network of links.
I know I have been a recipient as well and I thank everyone for that. As of this morning, I am at 24,002 and my unstated goal had been to get below 25,000. I’ve now got my sites set on cracking 20,000 so we will see how long that takes.

Congratulations! It’s a testament to how hard you’re working. I would have made the plugin PHP4+ but working with XML with the old parser is simply a nightmare. Sorry!

lol…and you were congratulating MY technorati rank! Excellent! You’re fortunate. It’s really hard to get people to start linking to you. Some will only link to those that possess some sort of reputation, which is a little frustrating for the newbies!
