I learned a few things from this experience: Namely that TECH SUPPORT IS USELESS! They’re all a bunch of idiots who are just reading out of a manual and have relatively zero technical knowledge! It was frustrating because I knew what the issue was and they didn’t - they wouldn’t listen to me and they wouldn’t transfer me to a higher level tech who might have been able to help me!
The moral of the story: Become an informed user! Had I listened to tech support, I would have spent most of the day tracking down problems that didn’t exist and the actual problem would still be here. Knowledge is power people!
Anyway, we will now return you to your regularly scheduled programing.

PPS: Why does it take a long time to post comments now for some reason? I don’t know if it’s me… everything else loads fast as usual, but after clicking “Say It!” it takes a long time to be posted =/ Commenting on other sites seems to be fine… meh.
As of right now, my site is on an “alternate server for consuming to much system resources” - so I guess it might not be as fast as it used to be…
Don’t worry though, I’m shopping around for a new host!
I use media temple, a bit pricey but totally worth it for their service. they are the best host I have ever used. God to know ur RSS is fixed
