I learned a few things from this experience: Namely that TECH SUPPORT IS USELESS! They’re all a bunch of idiots who are just reading out of a manual and have relatively zero technical knowledge! It was frustrating because I knew what the issue was and they didn’t - they wouldn’t listen to me and they wouldn’t transfer me to a higher level tech who might have been able to help me! :cry:

The moral of the story: Become an informed user! Had I listened to tech support, I would have spent most of the day tracking down problems that didn’t exist and the actual problem would still be here. Knowledge is power people!
