Welcome to this week’s Speed Linking article from Samanathon.com! It’s been a pretty good week and I have some awesome posts from this great community! As the Beastie Boys say “Kick off your shoes and relax your socks” and enjoy these links!
Do you want to be featured on this list? YOU CAN!! It’s easy, learn how to get free linkbacks!
- Jez - I couldn’t access your site to post a review buddy! Here’s a linkback anyway.
- Everyday Weekender dropped a great recipe for Baby Shrimp with Avocado Butter. I am a sucker for anything with avocado! I’m going to have try this one!
- drt posted a link to Ed Morana’s ISS Transit Prediction, it’s a Java application that will help you track the International Space Station - I’m a big Space fan and thought this was cool! Head over to drt’s blog for more information.
- My buddy Gary Lee wrote how you can Save Time with Blogging, there are some great points here - ones I had not thought of!
Also, Gary and I are competing in the 2007 Bloggers Tournament, Take 2 Tournament! Go and cast your vote!!
- Zaib Kaleem wrote a very interesting article on why you should focus on Information Technology Careers In Wireless Networking, it’s not a career path I had considered in the past but now I know I can!
- lyndonmaxewell posted a some funny pictures in his howto: Spell B-L-O-G
- Jon Lee posted some tips on how to Never lose your post again! Great info - especially if you aren’t using WordPress, but it’s relevant if you are!
- Armen experimented with YouTube and found a higher quality alternative in Blip In - YouTube Out.
- Frank laid a great video of two hyperactive kids called the Crazy Frog Bros, sadly, there are kids in my family that act just like this!
- David posted a video on the 2007 Lexus LS 460 Auto Park feature. For those who don’t know, the car has a computer controlled feature that is supposed to be able to park the car for you - as a car-guy and a tech-guy, I suggest you watch this video!
Hey Saman,
thanks for the link!,.. you’re the greatest!
No worries, just my way of saying “Thank You” for being active on my site!!
If it wasn’t for you guys, I’d be talking to myself!
Very good initiative, as it really encourages readership.

Thanks for speed link and I’ll have to check out post about Lexus Auto Park.
Interesting reads for today, Saman.
Looks like this will catch on with others.
That would be great! BTW: I didn’t start speedlinking!
Thanks for the link, Saman. One thing that caught my attention lately was the fact that Technorati counted the link to each site. Would that mean the more you get the link back or the more you post to other blogs actually would have the same effect on your rank? Or do you think they put more weight on one over the other?
I really don’t know, there seems to be a bug that is counting every page (or post) as a different blog. I’m sure that they will fix it sooner then later…
In the mean time, I am focusing on Alexa and Google’s PageRank!
Thanks for the link!!! and of course, thanks for pointing me in the direction of many great posts!!!
Great Speed Linking Job Saman! I’m still compiling my list for a spped link post later this week! What’s the ediquette if you’ve already posted some of the articles though? btw . . . Thanks for including my post!
Your welcome!
I don’t really know about etiquette…
I want to reward my readers so I am proving a link to their blogs homepage and one to the article.
The homepage link text is the blog’s name and the deeplink is the post’s title. That just my system, I don’t really know what everyone else is doing! I thought this would be an SEO benefit to the linkee!
Again, thank you Saman.
I shall be returning the favour before the end of the month
Once again speed linking helps everyone gain a little Google Juice.
Nice.
This is a lot better than asking for link exchange.
