It's Speedy!I have seen Speed Linking on some other blogs, but it wasn’t until I was featured in Nick’s Speed Linking article that I realized what a valuable idea it was! It gives your visitor access to some great content and provides linkbacks for other bloggers! Win/Win for everyone!

And last, but certainly not lest:

That’s it for now, enjoy the links!

 Clan Of Evil, out!

Great article on speedlinks but you nor the guy you got it from tells how or where I can get it (or how to do it if its manual)???

Paul, Speed Linking is not something you “get”, it’s something you do! All I did was find content that I enjoyed and passed it on!

The benefits are win/win for both linkee and linker: For the linkee, they get a free linkback (because they didn’t do anything for the link) and they also get some exposure from visitors outside of their regular reader base! As the linker, I got some visits from the linkee and their regular visitor.

And now I may get some more linkbacks as well!

EDIT: This post has skyrocketed to become my most visited post! I may have to do more!

I’m not sure I like the name but it’s a good idea. I think I’ll do one of these tomorrow.

Well, I can’t take any credit for that but I would imagine that, since the descriptions of the links are short sentences, the link is small and there for speedy… :?:

But that’s not a bad thing! According to Technorati, there are around 70.3 million blogs!!

Speedlinking help to give some exposure to blog you may have never heard of!!

I am going to do them daily because I have a method to my madness - haha. I have a draft open all day long and just add links and shorthand notes, then at night - just post them.

I always had wished more people would do these more often - not to so much link back to my site - but to help other people. You read other sites, that means you enjoy what they write, why not say “tag” and show them that you enjoyed reading?

 That is a great idea! I’m going to start keeping a post window open and add links as I find them!

I was adding bookmarks to Firefox’s toolbar, but that is a better idea!

Thanks for the link Saman! It’s always nice to see other people that enjoy one of your posts enough to link to it.

I’ve been seeing this on more and more sites but I agree it is a great way to share other sites and information that some of your readers may not otherwise find.

OK, I missed the train.

I have passed this post few times and didn’t take a look at it until I jumped from one link to other starting from your Friends Sites, landed at Stephen Fung site, laughing with every body else since I also thought about software drivers instead of drivers on the street…., and finally got back to this page because of the speed linking in Stephen’s site. Now I know, what is it.

Been seeing it all over the sphere lately.

Hmm I can see why speed linking is of value in the Blogsphere, but for Google its not much use, swapping reviews would be far more effective as google divides ratings from links by the number of links on a page, if that makes sense.

Put another way, the more links on a page, the more ‘diluted’ each one becomes.

Still, for the time it takes to do I spose its well worth it.

Starting to like this blog
