A crazy Kiwi named Simon Jansen has created a version of Star Wars using ASCII! The animation is streamed at 15 frames per second and is pretty interesting to watch!
Although I must admit that I don’t have a long enough attention span to sit through all of it - especially without sound effects and music, I have to give the man respect: He has been working on this movie since 1997. Just imagine drawing all of those frames using a text editor!
