State Of The Blog Address, May 2007
Wow, a lot has happened in a very short time - this site is growing and I couldn’t be happier! My stats are rising across the board - every thing except for income (and it would be wrong for me to ask you all to click the advertisement links!) but that will happen soon (I hope!).
Here is a quick run down of my stats and ranks!

Technorati
My Technorati rank has risen dramatically - as I write this, my rank is sitting at 9,907!! It’s amazing to think that it was once 912,223!
On top of that, I some how managed to make it into Technorati’s list of Top 100 Most Favorited blogs!
I’m currently sitting at #51!
I really had not expected to make that list! -
Alexa
My Alexa rank was sitting at 102,848 for a long time. They must have updated recently because I’m at 83,647 now! That’s a 3 month Reach increase of 7,900%!!!!

We all know that all of the Google Data Centers are updated now and I’m sitting at a PR5 - up from PR3!

Visitor Stats
I have always gotten a lot of traffic from Google, about now there is quite a bit coming in from StumbleUpon, apparently a couple of my tips were tagged!
You can click the following images for larger views
6161 unique visits from Google in the entire month of April and 1801 from StumbleUpon on the just the last day
Unique visits almost doubled on the last day: From 2,935 to 4,518 for a monthly total of 70,842 Unique Visits
Page Views when from 15,520 (on April 29) to 32,148 (April 30) for a total of 366,822 Page Views - That number is a little skewed: my host is counting every ping from my iTunes Music Plugin…

Congrats on the progress Saman. For the vists/pageviews, have you compared your host’s numbers to those of Google Analytics or Sitemeter? I’d be interested to see how they compare.

That’s quit a bit less. As I said, my host tracks every ping and every pageload when I’m writing and editing articles!
It is less but those are still impressive numbers, great work!

Now that I’ve started a new project, I have that feeling of being right back down amongst the dross once again, with no linkage. However, less than 2 days old, and I’m getting ‘dugg’ and ’stumbled’ already, so that’s a good sign.
Congratulations on all of that Saman! The link trains are actually really helpful! I’ve gone from 3mil to around 130k in around 3 weeks =0
Also for the advertisements, I think people actually have to buy something for you to get money.
No, they’re PPC - each time someone clicks I get’s me some moneys!!!!

really? That’s odd… lol… I guess I’ll get my friends to click on my ads again… after my first $100 (which took only like 3 months) I’m still only at $5… and it’s been over a year since my first $100… lol
