Unfortunately, you can't specify a "silent" perimeter through the Command Line or through the Task Scheduler for defrag.exe, but if you use a third party deframenter like <a href="http://www.diskeeper.com/" rel="nofollow">Diskeeper</a>. Diskeeper does have a option to run in the background. Thanks!
