Some people have been posting negative comments such as “That’s lame!”, “What’s the point?!” and “Why do it?”
I’ll tell you, because you can. That’s the “Modding” mentality after all! Why build a Toaster PC? Because you can. Why build a carputer (a computer in your car)? Because you can. Why build a cantenna (a WiFi antenna out of a Pringles can)? Say it with me, “BECAUSE YOU CAN!”
Maybe, more importantly then that, to learn a few things and go and mod something else!
Whenever someone asks me “Why” I’m doing something I’m doing, I usually reply with “Why not?”
But really a lot of today’s Science was thought to be really pointless, lame, and unreasonable when they first came out.
Why oh why would you want to put such an ugly os on such a beautiful machine? It’ll probably make the PS3 vulnerable!
